ASUS has once again expanded its line of ATX motherboards by launching the M5A99FX PRO R2.0. Based on AMD 990FX/SB950 chipset, the board supports for AMD AM3+ processors and features four DDR3 DIMM memory slots (up to 32GB RAM), two PCIe 2.0 x16 (dual x16) slots, two PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black) slots, one PCIe 2.0 x1 slot and one PCI slot. In terms of connectivity ports, it offers seven SATA 6.0 Gbps, one eSATA, four USB 3.0, fourteen USB 2.0 and Gigabit Ethernet. The ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 sells for around 16,000 Yen (about $202).
